Short description

A player stands with his back to the net and dribbles towards the players in a row next to the side line of the pitch. Make a short support and immediately follow a long support to the same player who then returns to the back of the row.

Departure

arranged according to the scheme described, in groups of three without the net; not in teams. The field is used for volleyball m. 18x9, divided into two corridors longitudinally

Execution

A player stands with his back to the net and a row of players next to the side line of the pitch. Make a short dribble to the first player in the row, who sends the ball back in bagher, then immediately a long dribble to the same player who in the meantime has moved back in the middle of the field to hit the ball, always sending it back in bagher to the player at the net. The player gets back in line and the game continues with the next player.

Variants

Advice

put about 3-4 players per position and use all four possible positions on the field. Exchange the player who dribbles with those who make the support. Carry out the support in dribble instead of in bagher.
