One player at a time from zone six throws the ball towards the setter who pushes it at will to the player who threw it to him or towards the player in zone five who in turn places it on the setter, who always makes a lift to the outside player attacking along the line in the other court. As soon as he has attacked, the player picks up the ball and lines up on the other side, where the same exercise is performed

Departure

arranged according to the scheme described, not in teams. The field is used for volleyball m. 18x9

Execution

The field is divided into two corridors. In zone six there are a row of players with the ball in hand and in zone five there is a player who will have to carry out the attack. The first player from the row from zone six throws the ball to the setter who pushes it as he likes to the player who threw it to him or to the player in zone five. Whoever of the two players receives the ball places it on the setter, who always makes a lift to the outside player who in the meantime has moved to the three-meter line with his left foot forward ready to take the steps and carry the attack. The player attacks along the line in the other court. As soon as he has attacked, the player picks up the ball and lines up on the other side, where the same exercise is performed

Variants

1) Choose the type of attack: hard dunk, dunk, lob, push ball, etc.
2) Choosing whether or not to put the wall
3) In support in zone 6 put a free that does not rotate and the row runs from zone five
4) Put a free long defense on the other side of the field
