Short description

One player bats at a time; in the other field a player receives. The reception must be perfect towards the player at the net who returns the ball to the server.

Execution

two players in zone 1, approximately 6-7 metres, a receiving player in the other field in zone 5 and a player or coach in the same field as the receiver, catches the balls and returns them to the player who has served.
