Short description
to conduct the ball and to score carry out what is required and enter the circle
Departure
arranged according to the described scheme, not in teams. The field is that delineated by the arrangement of the material
Execution
Place circles, one less than the number of players, four cones and four stakes, within a predetermined space.
The players each have one ball and must conduct the ball in the manner indicated by the coach (flat, outside, right only, left only, both feet, feint every 4/5 touches, etc.). It will be the coach who, positioned outside the identified space, will tell you what to do. For example:
CIRCLES: Players must quickly enter the circle. Since the circles are at least one less than the players, someone will be left out. All players who manage to enter the circle will score a point and each of them will say their total score out loud.
STICKS: Players must first go around a stake and then position themselves inside a circle.
CONES: Players must first go around a stake and then position themselves inside a circle.
CHANGE: The players must stop the ball with the sole of their foot, then they go in search of another ball left free by some teammate and then they must position themselves inside a circle.
Variants
1) To force them to look not only at the ball, the coach will give the command a gesture (e.g. raise the right arm, the left one, both, ...)
2) Carry out the exercise in the form of a game: the coach removes a circle every time and the player who cannot find the circle instead of staying inside the delimited space continues the game outside the space, as long as there is a only winner.
Advice
perform the requested command in the best possible way
