Brief description

The coach throws the ball up and one player at a time, starting with the left foot on the three-metre line, takes the last step with arm loading, jumps and dunks, hitting the ball at the highest point, the puts it back in the cart and gets back in line.

Departure

Execution

The players line up and one at a time step with their left foot on the three-metre line, with their arms forward. The coach throws the ball up and one player at a time, starting with the left foot on the three-metre line, takes the last step with arm loading, jumps and dunks, catching the ball at the highest point, brings it back to the cart and gets back in line.

Variants

Lobbing, pushing or placing the ball; Change attack position: from the center, from the opposite, from the second line; Changing the area from which the ball is thrown; Enter the block, one or two defending players; Enter a target to hit, e.g. a chair; Enter the setter, the coach gives the ball to the setter who in turn raises to the player in line.

Advice

Timing the ball well so that the contact between the ball and the hand is at the highest point possible. Maintain a fairly high work rate.
