Technical Sheet

Age: over 11 years old

Brief description

three groups of four, formed by an attacker, a setter, a blocker and a defender. You try various types of attack: dunk, lob, push ball. Every 10 attacks the positions are rotated.

Departure

arranged according to the described pattern, not in teams. The field is the one used for volleyball m. 18x9

Execution

divide the field into three corridors. Four players work on each corridor, an attacker, a setter, a blocker and a defender. The game begins with the attacker giving the ball to the setter who in turn raises. The attacker always attacks with the same type of attack, e.g. with the lob about 10 times, and the defender must intercept the lobs respecting the defensive position and place the ball back on the hypothetical setter in his own field, i.e. in the 2-3 zone. The blocker recovers the ball addressed to the hypothetical setter and returns it to the attacker on the other side and the game starts again. Then you rotate between the attacker, the blocker and the defender (if the defender is the libero and the raiser is the setter, they always remain in defense and dribble). Then you change the type of attack: dunk, push ball, etc.

Variants

change type of attack: dunk, push ball, etc.

Advice

After a while swap players in various groups, creating groups with different dynamics and capabilities
